Tietoevry India had a successful celebration of Women's Day across our India offices in Pune, Bengaluru, and Chandigarh.
On March 5, 2025, the Pune office hosted a remarkable Women's Day celebration with over 110 amazing women coming together under the theme #AccelerateAction – a call to reflect on empowerment, growth, and driving meaningful change.
The event began with warm welcome remarks by Poonam Jain, Head of DevOps & QA India, setting a positive tone for the day, followed by Sarang Dewaikar, Head of Manufacturing & Public, and Anshuman Mukherjee, Lead HR Manager, Recruitment, who officially opened the session and set the stage for an engaging day ahead.
The event featured engaging activities, inspiring stories, and thoughtful conversations on self-empowerment, confidence, and breaking gender expectations. The Gratitude Board Activity encouraged participants to express what they are grateful for.
The celebration ended on a high note with a ‘Power Pose’ group photo, cake cutting, and a token of appreciation for all attendees.
March 6, 2025 was a day of vibrant energy at the Tietoevry Bangalore and Chandigarh offices as we celebrated the incredible women who drive our innovation. The participants did not just host an event; they created an experience.
Some of the key highlights of the event included Inspiring Talks, where stories of resilience and leadership sparked powerful conversations, alongside an informative educational session on menstrual cups that promoted health and wellness. The Connected Moments segment featured games that fostered genuine connections and laughter. The event also included an Entertainment segment, where male colleagues brought incredible energy with their dance performances.
