We were delighted to welcome Mr. Erik af Hällström, the Consul General of Finland, to our Pune office recently. Mr. Hällström visited us on Tuesday, 6th August, 2024, and was warmly received by our Pune leadership team, including Parag Pandit, Pune Center Head, Ashwani Batra, Finance Director, and Shirish Wasker, Director of Administration and Facilities.
The Consulate General of Finland in Mumbai has been actively engaging with Finnish companies in India. Mr. Hällström has maintained regular communication with the Finnish business community in India to better understand the activities of FINCHAM (Finland Chamber of Commerce in India) members and to offer Consulate support where needed.
During the visit, our Pune leadership team and Mr. Hällström discussed potential areas of collaboration between Tietoevry India and the Finnish Consulate General in India. Mr. Hällström encouraged us to reach out to the Mumbai Consulate for any business support or collaboration with other Finnish companies in the future.
We were truly honored by his visit and look forward to the opportunity to host Mr. Hällström at our offices again.
