Forest prototyping

We help you to quickly convert ideas into verified prototypes.

A flying start on innovation

We use a proven methodology from the design sprint and prototyping approach, and adapt it to the reality and needs of forest companies. The goal is to solve problems, visualize, test new ideas, and achieve more in less time – to verify the business value prior to costly investments.

Key features

User research

Regardless of whether your challenge is to improve an existing solution or to create new innovative services, a good understanding for the user’s context, behavior and needs is vital. We perform user research either as an isolated activity or as a part of the prototyping process.

Idea generation

In a creative environment, with both industry, technology and user experience experts present, we do idea generating workshops to find innovative ideas that can help your business move forward.

Map and define

When we have an idea with great potential or a problem that needs to be solved, we work together to map the challenge and define how we should approach it.

Sketch and prototype

We sketch from an early stage, often using paper or a whiteboard, to visualize and iterate the best ideas to solve the users needs. The final result is often a clickable prototype addressing the most important question we want to have feedback on.

Test on end-users

Testing, and collecting immediate feedback on real users is key to understanding the state of the solution and obtaining insights on improvements, or if we need to re-think.

Verify business opportunities

After one or more iterations of previous steps, we conclude and analyze business opportunities and scalability. We also consider the technical apects and feasibility of the implementation project.

Basis for decision

The last step is to summarize all learning in a report, including the basis for the decision on how to proceed (or not) and clear the best next-steps.
