 About the role:   

• The role is about daily contact with our customers, preferably by distance training and consulting.
• You support our customers in using our new Student register Tieto Education, and you'll advice in changing into better and more efficient processes in their daily work.
• You act independently with support from your team.  

About the working and operating environment:     

• Our business in the School area is growing Nordic, and in Sweden we have a big stable market share for many years.  
• You will be a member of a consultant team in the Compulsory school area, to get knowledge and support. You always have colleagues to exchange knowledge when needed. Sometimes you cooperate with a colleague in a customer case, sometimes you drive it yourself.   
• Most of the time we work remotely from our TietoEVRY office or from home office. After the pandemic period you will travel to the customer when desired by the customer.
• Your colleagues are mainly located in Skellefteå.

• Interest in technical solutions and how to practise them  
• experience from school administration or economical flows in a municipality
• Pedagogical education or experience of educating adults   
• Fluently communication in Swedish
