Responsible for test design, test material preparation, test execution including co-operation with development team to set up complex test environment in order to commence test execution. Tasks also include reproducing SW defects that are rarely appeared. Co-operates with and advises development team to ease their defect trouble-shooting. Performs automated testing of a selected type. Performs manual testing with a deeper domain/customer knowledge. Can also act as Test Manager for a team of 1-3 people.

  • You will use tools: 
    • ReadyAPI  - main tool for automation now, plan is to change to Java/Serenity framework
    • Jira/Atlassian Confluence
    • SQL Developer
    • TestRail
  • Testing data preparation for your work (automation used)
  • Communication with your colleagues, developers on the customer side, various stakeholders

Competences you will use:

  • Good analytical skills are essential!
  • testing automation: basic knowledge of programming or scripting. Keen to automate
  • communication with customer teams (devs, testers, product owners) via Slack, Teleconferences
  • basic experience with databases (ability to perform basic SQL scripts)
  • location: Ostrava
  • utilisation 100%
