Technical specialist in Laboratory team

We provide innovative IT solutions for laboratory customers in both the public and private sectors across Northern Europe. This work allows us to work closely with our customers on development. In this role, you will be responsible for an entirely new innovation in clinical chemistry laboratories. And guess what? 

We are now looking for a Technical specialist in our team to deliver our products to the customers. This is an active role for our team of customer support specialists, application specialists and coders. As a Technical Specialist you are a key player in activities that include deliveries, installations, configurations as well as technical consulting on laboratory product implementations and troubleshooting. Most of the team members are located in Oulu. However, you can work remotely from anywhere so don't be too focused on your whereabouts - just apply if this position sounds like you!

To enjoy working with us in this role, we believe that you have

• Fluency in both Finnish and English language
• A solid track record of Microsoft SQL servers, IIS-services Windows servers and experience on virtualization and Microsoft technologies
• Deep understanding of IT services and solutions in the healthcare laboratory domain
• Proven skills on working in the healthcare sector & providing support for healthcare specialist
