We are looking for an operative Talent Acquisition Lead Finland

About the role

Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking to hire an experienced TA Lead for Finland. You’ll lead and coach a team of 5-6 talent acquisition professionals, as well as deliver your own recruitments.  Potentially you might also be a TA lead for one of our new service lines. You’ll be working closely with the team as well as with hiring managers who we support in a pipeline set-up of recruitment fuelling TietoEVRY with great talent.

We´re looking for people with huge and genuine passion for talent acquisition and facilitating the process of helping people find the right next job for them.

Together with the Head of TA you will set and implement the TA strategy for Finland. Streamline processes, solve problem and identify areas in need of improvement.

You will support and drive the team in decided direction.

You will drive your own recruitments all while working together with hiring managers and your team to improve the way we do things.

With a mix of creativity and a data-driven mindset, you will together with your team experiment with solutions on how to attract and hire the right tech talent for TietoEVRY.

You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the Talent Acquisition team, attending daily meetings, running sourcing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc.

We expect you to be great at stakeholder management and set your days up for success. You will be based in Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland.

Your responsibilities

  

  • You will lead, coach and follow up and report on progress and performance, ensuring hiring goals achievement
  • Ensuring that TietoEVRY is engaging with a diverse pool of candidates, experts in their respective fields through proactive talent mapping, industry research, and engagement activities.
  • Working alongside with the Employer Branding team  
  • You can inspire and motivate people to join TietoEVRY
  • You are comfortable and can own the relationship with hiring managers, hiring teams, along with advising, influencing, and challenging when needed.
  • Delivering full cycle recruiting (from sourcing to making offers).

To enjoy working with us in this role, we believe that you have: 

  • Experience in leading a tech recruitment team, across junior and senior colleagues, facilitating their performance and development processes. Solid team management skills.
  • An understanding of the current tech business climate and career trends.
  • Proven experience in defining recruiting strategies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with ATS/ Talent Management Systems and interest in modern HR tech. 
  • A pro-active attitude and structured way of working.  
  • University level education
