What you’ll be doing?

As a Legal Trainee…   

• You will assist TietoEVRY’s lawyers in various legal matters depending on the business needs as well as company law and governance topics of a publicly listed company

• Depending on trainee’s experience, the trainee may provide legal support also independently towards business stakeholders

• You are expected to learn during the summer how to provide legal support in a business-minded way while supporting leaders to make informed decisions based on acceptable risks

You will potentially work from home during the pandemic, but TietoEVRY is doing everything to ensure our workspaces are prepared for the new conditions and when the situation allow we will ensure a safe return to the office for all our colleagues and therefore we expect to have hybrid model in use during the coming summer period. You will work mostly with Finnish colleagues, but cross-border cooperation and support will be highly appreciated  

Who might you be?  

We are looking for a Legal trainee who is

• Law student close to graduating (three to four years of university studies in the field of law)

• Fluent (written and spoken) Finnish and English

Considered as an advantage

• Genuine interest for IT and business law

• Ability to work pro-actively on your own initiative and as a team member with a can-do attitude

• Want to learn and grow
