We are small team in charge of one of the key IT Service management platforms, mainly located in Czech Republic, partially in Finland. We are cheerful and loud team.

With us you will be responsible for:

• performance and stability of automation solution provided to internal customers in TietoEVRY.
• Incident investigation and resolution
• Request fulfillment
• Application performance and stability monitoring
• Cooperation with vendor

We expect you to have:

• Application maintenance experience
• Willing to learn
• Windows OS
• English on level B1, be able to communicate with Vendor

Advantage:

• Scripting experience, preferably PowerShell and Bash
• working with GIT
• Linux/Unix based OS
• Experience with automation solutions
• Configuration management
• SQL
