With us, you will be responsible
For Application Support & Maintenance of world class cash management products used by global banks. As a solution consultant your central task will be working closely with the customer to analyze issues reported by them and handle changes being raised by the customer of the world’s biggest banks. The role requires daily interaction with customer ‘s business and technical experts, service managers, IT teams and other subject matter experts to understand the customer problem and the customer need. After an analysis of the problem is done, you will drive the Root Cause Analysis and work on preventive problem management. You will bring business and domain knowledge to the teams, assisting them in developing the Cash Management solutions for the future. Support and participate in testing the customer issues as and when needed.
As a Problem Manager, you will be expected to be proactive and have control over the problem being analyzed. Establish a good professional relationship with the customer where the customer trusts you to be their reliable partner to grow their business and meet their client SLAs.
Day to day activities involve
• Technical and functional analysis and problem solving of customer production incidents and test defects
• Ensuring workarounds to major incidents are given where java technical expertise is required
• Engaging in frequent bridge calls with customers to provide technical solution to their problems
