TietoEVRY invites to join our IT Service Desk department as Service Manager Assistant.  Main responsibility is to assist Service Manager located in Norway with administration of service-level agreements (SLAs), including monitoring the fulfilment of SLAs by providing statistical reports and making recommendations regarding the data quality.

As part of your job you will be responsible for:

  • Assist Service Managers with administration of IT Service Desk customer agreements (SLAs)
  • To create SLA reports for customers
  • Provide different invoicing reports using Excel and ITSM tools
  • Create, update invoices for customers and follow up on actual consumption, lost revenue
  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, IT technicians
  • Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge

Expected requirements:

  • Fluent Norwegian language, as well as  English language
  • Strong computer skills: Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Word
  • Knowledge of ITIL frame and experience within Service Desk is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service
  • Analytical, detail - oriented mindset and ability to process large volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and enjoy dynamic working environment

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
