About us

Our customers consist of the most demanding IT users in the Germany and Switzerland. Our task is to provide them with the platforms, competence and services to make sure their critical systems are always available for the end-users.

 With us you will be responsible for:

  • receiving our customers' IT requests through communication channels (phone, chat, email)
  • a solution of outages and customer requirements
  • communication with technical teams
  • responsibility for even distribution of requirements among specialists

We expect you to have

  • fluent German at level B2 or higher
  • IT education
  • good communication¬† skills
  • ability to work in a team
