Service Desk Lead

Our customers are large Nordic organizations operating in various industries as well as in the public sector. Our aim is to become the market leader in the Nordics and the first choice for our customers’ business renewal. We are now looking for a Manager for our Service Desk in Stockholm and responsible for the delivery of standardized tasks and services with a strong focus on automation. As a manager for a Service Desk, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the team of Service Desk Specialists, as well as the business management of the Service Desk delivery.
 

Your Key Tasks Will Include

  • Leadership of a Service Desk including all people-related activities, target setting, competence development, and resourcing.
  • Business management including budgeting, following the revenue tagging, costs, customer satisfaction, and internal KPI’s.
  • Delivery of Service Desk service to our Customer's end users.
  • Ensuring the Continuous Service improvements and close collaboration with service areas/product managers/Customer team.
  • Coaching/Mentoring your team members and sharing best practices with your colleagues and customers.
  • Active member of the Service Area Sweden, sharing best practices and emphasizing standardization.

We expect you to have
A proactive way of working combined with a high level of enthusiasm and flexibility. You thrive on working in a customer-facing role and delivering superior customer value is your top priority. You have leadership, communications and problem-solving skills. You are keen on developing yourself and a quick learner.
 

To succeed in this role, you should have
 

  • Leadership management skills, with experience in people management and /or service management. You have the capacity to challenge and inspire people and coach a team.
  • Positive “can-do, customer first” attitude.
  • Proven experience from a customer care type of environment and the processes, challenges as well as the opportunities that come with it.
  • Good level of knowledge of service and technical management.
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Great business understanding.
  • Professional Swedish communication skills
