We are now looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to plan, design, solution, and deliver ServiceNow implementations in client facing roles. We are looking for a senior profile with an ambition to work as a solution consultant within the team. In this role, is it important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. ​

In this role, your main responsibilities will involve building, establishing and delivering TietoEVRY’s ServiceNow implementation at customer sites within the Nordics markets. ServiceNow is one of the leading IT Service Management platform and a focus area for TietoEVRY in the Nordics market driving business value in multi-vendor space. You will advise senior client leadership addressing customer challenges in IT and non-IT service management space, as well as come up with technical solutions together with the customer that are best fit aligned with their strategy and goals. Furthermore, you will oversee the entire delivery road map and the themes of work, provide accurate estimates and delivery timelines.

As a ServiceNow architect and consultant, you have a very strong understanding of processes and how these can be enabled over ServiceNow with least amount of customization ensuring alignment to product lifecycle and upgrade path. Your role is to plan, design, build and develop solutions on ServiceNow as a Service Management platform and a strategic tool for the customer. You are a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction in-line with Market Units delivery teams and you are the single point of contact and owner for development work coordination with vendors and partners. As the ServiceNow architect and consultant, you will have the foresight to analyze, capture and drive potential improvements in various areas of tool implementation and you are responsible for supporting and improving all data integrations.

Other key tasks in this role involve:

  • Scope the optimal solution as per customer requirements and prepare high-level and low-level solution designs
  • Work as trusted ServiceNow advisor to the customer team in the space of Service Management, Service Integration and Management and ServiceNow
  • Capture and document potential and actual savings in various areas due to ServiceNow implementation
  • Partner with architecture group to deliver solution blueprints and other UML based design documentation
  • Work closely with vendor partners and vendor representatives to drive an mind set of end to end view of IT delivery
  • Ensure customer needs and requirements are converted to IT requirements that can be shared with the development teams with clarity and understanding staying aligned with customer needs.
  • Work with TietoEVRY’s vendors and delivery partners to ensure product and code development for ServiceNow is done in-line with best in class industry standards
  • Work with TietoEVRY’s vendors and delivery partners to ensure solution delivery is on-time and in extremely good quality
  • Communicate effectively articulating technical decisions to business and technical partners
  • Represent the ServiceNow platform and related technology at the Technical Review Board meetings.
  • Review and approve technical design specifications created by Developer leads.
  • Responsible for maintaining solution integrity through the course of the delivery including controlling scope, managing solutions for change requests, and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases.
  • Responsible for keeping up to date on industry technology trends and modern software delivery techniques. Specifically, new ServiceNow features and 3rd Party solutions. Including review of all new version capabilities, identifying opportunities and impacts, and applying them to the broader roadmap.

We expect you to have

  • Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM. Preferably certified professional and have good understanding of ServiceNow modules like CSM, HR, ITOM etc.
  • Ability to create client specific solutions leveraging industry best practices
  • Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions
