Contributing actively to the development of new offerings and customer proposals.
Has good knowledge of market trends in the Salesforce area, proposes changes/updates of existing offerings.
Has very close contact with both sales, marketing, technology partner and development organizations.
Responsible for the development of offerings packages.
Manage offering development project and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery
Understand market trends including growth opportunities, key pain points and competition
Engage with customers and sales to validate opportunities for Salesforce applications, gain insights on wins/loss deals
Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce, Marketing Automation and CRM initiatives
Lead workshops, gather requirements and develop POC’s for best of breed solutions
Partner with other offering managers, define capabilities to address market needs and make business plans to secure investment
Recommend approach and develop GTM materials
Strong communication and collaboration skills
