You will provide support to our customers based on Office365 service (Microsoft Public cloud). Administering O365 tenants, End User support, Governance calls with customers.
With us you will be responsible for:
Troubleshooting within Incident and Problem management, designing changes, automation and application monitoring;
participate in on-boarding project
We expect you to have:
experience with Office365 tenant management
Power Shell commands and scripts are advantage
experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016 administration is advantage
active English knowledge is required
