Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

TietoEVRY in Latvia invites you to join our FSS Support Department. Financial Services team in Latvia provide 1st and 2nd line support and other services to achieve best customer satisfaction across Nordics and Europe in Norwegian, Swedish and English. As part of your job you will be responsible for:

• Provide first line Financial Service customer support with different tasks connected to invoice control, CRM, etc
• Monitor customer IT systems and performance, escalate interruptions and notify customers about system statuses
• Troubleshoot problems, offer solutions and guide colleagues
• Advise client on internal routines, quality control and create reports upon customer's request.
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, IT technicians
• Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge

Expected requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian language, as well as English language
• Strong computer skills: Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Word
• Analytical, detail - oriented mindset and ability to process large volumes of data
• Accountable personality with good time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and eager to take initiative
• Fast learner who adapts easily and enjoys dynamic working environment
• Relevant work experience within finance is an advantage

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
