TietoEVRY’s global Brand, Identity, and Marketing team is now looking for a Motion /Graphic Designer with exceptional creative design skills and a true passion for creating the ultimate brand experience with visual and inspiring design. Our workplace is characterized by flexibility, allowing you to influence where and when you work. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously strengthen our visual identity based on our brand strategy.  
 
In This Role, You Get To 
 

• Build and drive brand consistency and experience by visual design for integrated marketing and communications initiatives  
• Provide guidance and support within graphic design for different marketing and communications projects and activities 
• Train and onboard external production partners and suppliers  
• Produce graphic design content, including motion graphics for marketing and sales collateral for digital and offline channels as well as templates and style guides internal usage 
• Train and advice the organization in our brands visual expression and guidelines  
• Create visual design concepts as part of integrated marketing and communications initiatives  

For this you need to have:  

• + 2 years’ experience creating digital design experiences for clients in a digital agency or in an in-house team for a global company 
• Experience working on global projects 
• Deep expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, motion/animation, HTML/web, illustration, video-editing 
• A strong conceptual portfolio showcasing previous individual work examples. Containing presentation decks, motion graphics, graphic design productions, typography, and layout. It is an advantage if the portfolio also contains digital user interaction, navigation, and functionality design cases
• Ability to use design and motion graphics for different applications and channels. Success-fully bringing stories to life in an easy and pedagogic way
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to clearly explain and educate about design with strong ability to package ideas and presentations
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global environment 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Latvian

• Experience from working with agile project methodology  
• If you speak a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish)
