Continuous service – ticket solving, communication directly with customers/users,
Participation in service implementation projects
Technical consultations, internal knowledge sharing/trainings
We expect you to have:
knowledge of HCL (IBM) Domino 9.0, HCL (IBM) Notes 9.0
knowledge of HCL (IBM) Sametime
knowledge of HCL (IBM) Connections
knowledge of IBM Security Identity Manager – Notes adapter
