Lead/Senior Infrastructure Advisor

We are now looking for Infrastructure Advisors to join the team in Oslo, Norway.
In this role you work as a trusted advisor in developing hybrid cloud journeys for our key enterprise customers in the market. You identify and analyse customers’ business and IT requirements and convert those into a holistic hybrid cloud and infrastructure transformation journeys. You present and communicate journeys and roadmaps for key customer stakeholders. You will participate to major transformation programs that deliver the business value of hybrid cloud. In these programs you lead consultancy and technical project teams with your thought leadership for a successful delivery.
In addition of being actively engaged in customer transformation programs, you will develop and productize professional services and pre-packaged solutions to accelerate modernization and optimization of customer environments from traditional to next-gen cloud environments. You respond to customers’ IT transformation expectations with exuding energy, quality and professionalism.

We expect you to have:
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you have broad knowledge of IT outsourcing business and overall understanding of multiple cloud and infrastructure services. You keep up with current and future trends in services, technology and innovation.
In addition, we expect you to have
- Demonstrated ability for conceptual thinking linked on to a practical execution of customer IT transformation needs
- Demonstrated ability to assess and document business critical and large heterogeneous enterprise IT environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead consultancy teams in large or medium-sized IT transformation initiatives
- Background in transformation roadmaps, solution architectures and a balanced mix of technical and business skills
- Service attitude and people skills
- Fluent customer communication, presentation and facilitation skills (Norwegian and English as mandatory)
- General background in application platforms and infrastructure services in heterogeneous environments in multiple of the following areas: Hybrid cloud services (VMware/Azure/AWS/GCP), integrations, containers, container orchestration, middleware, server, storage, network, virtualization, workplace, messaging, collaboration and information security
- Your working background is in from one or multiple of the following areas: Consultancy, transformation programs, solution sales, service management and/or project management
