We are looking for Lead Salesforce Functional Consultants to join our team in Sweden. TietoEVRY’s Salesforce team in Sweden is growing fast and is highly valued by our colleagues and customers. Our customers experiment new Salesforce clouds first, integrate their CX processes, and use solutions globally. They expect us to design, implement and support all their Salesforce related services.  These jobs are a deep dive into Salesforce and its full capabilities.

We are agile and work in cross-functional teams. We put the individual in center and help each other to achieve our common goals. You will be a part of our global center of excellence, participate and contribute in the full implementation lifecycle: gather business requirements, design, implement, test, deploy, train and develop documentation. You will be working together with our experienced off-shore team of Salesforce professionals. Many cross-team projects require cooperation with our or third-party back-end teams locally, off-shore or near-shore. You will also have an important role in presales, assist in creating bids for our customers.

Main tasks for Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant include

  • Lead the assigned responsibility area
  • Support presales and bid creation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals
  • Provide advice on Salesforce best practices and approaches to the team and the client
  • Comprehend client requirements and deliver the business solutions
  • Propose new ideas for our customers
  • Share knowledge and coach other consultants

To succeed in this role, you should have

  • A proven track record in Salesforce implementations and services
  • Self-driven and Experience in large-scale rollouts
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce core clouds and/or multi-clouds
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing cloud, Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, community cloud)
  • Readiness to take the lead role in multi-team or multi-vendor assignments
  • Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Holistic view of customer challenges and situations, and understand planning as well as implementation
  • Fluency in Swedish and English. German is a benefit.
