Job Description

You will build good competency on our systems and value chains and how incidents impact our customers. You will have a central role within the daily operation regarding incident handling, close collaboration with our technicians/vendors/other support teams and communication both internally and towards our customers.   

You will be handling incidents from start to end, ensuring that incidents are solved quickly and that we give the customers a good experience. This can also include running taskforces with relevant vendors/participants and steering them towards Incident resolution, with focus on minimizing customer consequence. You will work closely with resources within Incident-, Problem- and Change Management, as well as Monitoring & Reporting and Service Delivery Managers in order to follow up the daily production and ensure necessary actions are taken to secure good availability and stability in the services we deliver.

The Operation Center is a 24/7 service, so there may be a possibility to work dayshift, nightshift or have a Critical Incident Manager role.

Desired qualifications and work experience:

  • Experience with Incident handling/Critical Incident handling
  • Preferably experience from the banking and finance industry
  • Preferably technical background
  • Good Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) and English skills
  • Preferably ServiceNow experience
  • ITIL certification

Personal characteristics:

  • Passion for Business
  • As a person, you are structured and independent, have good communication and collaboration skills
  • You show initiative and like to take responsibility
  • Business oriented and lives to ensure that customers have the best possible experience
  • Have a genuine interest for technology
