Our HCM practice within Business Applications in Sweden is ramping up and we are now looking for a manager to continue to develop our business. As Head of HCM Sweden, you will lead a growing HCM functional consultant team and additionally, act as a sales lead both in add-on sales for existing customers and new clients in HCM presales. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Strong client-facing and customer focus; bringing our HCM offering and innovation to customers and accelerating growth
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Offering development and go to market planning
  • Resource planning and efficient management 
  • People leadership maintaining a healthy and professional work environment 
  • Team competence management keeping up with the latest within the HCM area
  • Recruitment and pyramid management
  • Quality and Security management, ensure to mitigate all the project risks 
  • Ensure high level of Employee and Customer Satisfaction
  • Carry good analytical skills, ability to research and learn and provide effective solutions for business

We like you to have the following;

  • +5 year´s experience within the HCM area, preferably consulting and AM services background
  • University degree or similar educational background
  • Good network in the Swedish HCM field
  • Knowledge and sales experience from products like Workday, Cornerstone and SAP Successfactors
  • Fluent Swedish and English speaking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills in both working languages 
  • Comfortably lead negotiations and discussions with Senior GDC Heads, CFOs, CXOs, and stakeholders of solutions, system design, and recommended business processes 
  • Open to frequent business travels around Sweden
