EUS Service Manager is part of EUS Global Production team responsible for over 70 different services and enabling their value. He/she is the main contact for operational teams as well as service delivery, quality, and efficiency. SM must have a strong understanding of the service, its description, and related processes.
You will be responsible for:
Keeping the service scope according to the service description and service design package
Close cooperation with Product Manager, Service Architect, Technical Architects, Specialists, and other support roles.
Contributing to the service description and service design package creation & updates, providing inputs for service development.
Approving, managing, and publishing service-related knowledge articles.
Be the interface to all related stakeholders.
We expect you to have:
Strong managerial skills
Good coordination and negotiation skills
Has a good understanding of IT processes and roles
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification
Understands the technology behind the service
Understand the product development and continues service improvement process
Understands standardization and automation requirements in service offerings and processes
Is familiar with service models, service architectures and project management methodology
Experience with 2nd or 3rd level support in a shared environment at least.
