Tasks

As a Customer Architect, you will be part of a large team within Nordic Delivery in the Card Issuing business area. You will participate in projects and deliveries ordered by our customers within card-based payment services. As a Customer Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that good business and technical solutions are selected and implemented in connection with the execution of deliveries to new or established customers of our services. You are expected to develop functional understanding at a level where you can take the lead in the dialogue with the customer. You will work closely with both project managers and sales, in addition to functional and technical specialists. In addition, you will:

• • Take the lead in relation to solution choices in connection with deliveries
• • Be an advisor in the process of establishing projects/assignments
• • Work closely with solution and system architects to ensure a good balance between customer needs and our systems
• • Contribute to the work of developing/improving delivery processes
• • If necessary, participate in quotation processes and sales as a specialist and by detailing/analyzing the customer's needs

Qualifications

•  • Professional competence at master's or bachelor's level in economics and/or technology
•  • Long experience can compensate for lack of formal competence
• • Good knowledge of the value chain associated with all types of payment cards
• • Good knowledge of Visa / MasterCard • Knowledge of the card payment area at a functional and technical level
• • Good language skills in Swedish and English, orally and in writing

• Has a large capacity, good at prioritizing and creates progress in tasks and tasks
