The Payment & Messaging unit experiences increased demand for our software solutions
and are recruiting Business Analysts to work with existing and new customers. Our Banking sector key
customers include; Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, HSBC, Aktia, Nordea, Danske Bank, SEB,
SBAB, DNB, Handelsbanken, Bank of America, Lloyds, Swedbank, S-Pankki, Savings Banks and
Entercard.

Main activities:
Sales Support Support clients to optimize their use of our systems, through set up and parameterization, including necessary system and product training Be an active counterpart and play a central role for the client during implementation, through business consulting and support, on- or offsite Participate in and support internal development projects and activities, through creating solution documents such as writing user stories and perform end testing to verify prime quality. Provide active support being a discussion partner. You will be part of projects handled by versatile teams globally You will join a team of 6 Business Analysts working with the products, Treasury Corporate Banking and Tieto Payment Suit Participate in functional and technical discussion with the customer to clarify business processes, technical implementation options and integration options Participate in the implementation projects; delivering the solution to the customer, do initial product set up, payment schemes and account hierarchies We expect you to have:
Several years of experience in the area of Payments, Cash Management or Treasury You have worked with Cash Management or Payment systems in banks, or Cash Management or Treasury area in a multinational corporate Experience from front, middle or back office of a bank, or in house banking in corporates Experience from working with customers identifying their functional and non-functional requirements Experience in writing requirements documentation and QA processes Excellent communication skills in both English and Scandinavian University degree or similar in computer science, information technology or economics As a person you are:
