Business Analyst - Funds, Securities, Savings domain

Your responsibilities

The role demands you to be an Microsoft expert with good expertise in .Net.

The role has following key responsibilities

• Pre-Sales –
  • RFI/RFP inputs
  • Scope clarity
  • Inputs for estimation
• Requirements (functional and non-functional)
  • Drive requirement workshop - Elicit requirements in discussion with stakeholders
  • Define requirements – Use cases and user stories
  • Manage requirements
  • Report  and manage change requests – Requirement updates
• Design –
  • Design review
  • Define Business Architecture
• Development
  • Support development team to get clear requirement understanding
• Testing/ service support
  • System Testing
  • Pre-UAT testing

This position needs

• 8-16 years of Business Analyst role  experience, preferably in Funds, Securities, Savings domain
• Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation and management.
• In-depth understanding of the domain business processes
• Technology knowledge will be an added advantage
• Focus on reusability, standardization.
• Innovative, adaptive, problem solving mindset
• Should be able to mentor and guide development team.
• Should be a quick learner and like to explore and work on other areas

• University education
• Based in Pune but willingness to travel
• Excellent skills – communication, collaboration, interpersonal, presentation, perseverance , team player
